Full disclosure - I’m struggling to finish ACOMAF. I only got into this Fantasy genre when my friend, Nicole Baker Holleman (I was on her old podcast last year) started a new podcast called Fantasy Fan Girls. I started with Fourth Wing and Iron Flame (both of which I REALLY enjoyed), but ACOTAR and ACOMAF have been wildly disappointing so far especially compared to the Empyrean series. I’m being told the end of ACOMAF gets good and that third book is better - so fingers crossed there, I’ll keep going!
